• Payment information for the Site Snapshot, processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited on our website

• Reply to Site Snapshot inquiries
• Prepare and deliver the Apex Site Snapshot
• Send the text messages described below
• Process the one-time Site Snapshot payment through Stripe

SMS Communications

Apex Works (theapexworks.com) uses text messages to reply to people who contact us about Apex Site Snapshot and related website services for local businesses in Washington. Messages are replies to Site Snapshot inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Twilio, to send and receive the text messages described above
• Stripe, to process the Site Snapshot payment
